The PBT screw cap red and ETFE pouring rings red offer greater thermal and chemical resistance than the equivalent polypropylene components.

Features
- Glass bottles are manufactured from clear DURAN® borosilicate 3.3 glass, renowned for its excellent thermal performance and high resistance to chemical attack.
- DURAN® glass conforms to USP / EP Type I.
- Available in a full range of popular bottle sizes from 100 ml to 10 Litres.
- The bottles feature an easy-to-read graduated volume scale, and marking field in permanent white enamel.
- Permanent Retrace Code on each bottle for full manufacturing lot traceability.
- All components are fully autoclavable at 121 or 134 °C.
- All components are suitable for dry heat sterilization up to 180 °C.
- Supplied complete with red polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) GL 45 threaded cap with PTFE faced silicone liner and ETFE pouring ring for drip free pouring.
- Addition of 30 % glass fibre reinforcement to the PBT resin increases stiffness, tensile strength and impact resistance of the screw cap.
- Screw cap seal with PTFE faced cap liner for efficient sealing.
