Microtitre Plates 384 Deep-well alphalaboratories

Deep-well microtitre plates are perfect for high throughput screening. Conforming to the SBS footprint these plates are compatible with leading robotic sample processors, automated liquid handling systems and 8- or 12-channel pipettes (pipetting into alternate wells).
These 384 well plates are suitable for numerous applications including combinatorial chemistry, cell or bacterial culture, DNA sequencing or library storage, but are mostly used for compound storage and handling of biological samples.

These plates have square aperture wells, measuring 3.8 by 3.8mm. The wells have a Flat bottom and incorporate a moulded alphanumeric index and cut corners at positions A1 and H1 for easy orientation. The working volume is 120µl.

Made from polypropylene plates are opaque, DMSO resistant and have a centrifuge rating of 6000g. Polypropylene plates are ideal for cold storage with a temperature range of -196C to +121C.

Plates can be sealed with pressure or heat activated sealing films and foils.
