The fluidlab R-300 is the smallest portable laboratory instrument on the market that combines an automated cell counter with a full-fledged spectrometer. Using digital holographic microscopy and deep learning algorithms, viability measurements and automated cell counts can be determined without staining. The compact spectrometer (375 - 700nm) simplifies absorbance and kinetics measurements and quantifications.

acella

acella is a proprietary sample carrier format made of glass substrate. The low measuring chamber heights make acella ideal for microscopic applications such as cell counting or particle classification. The acella 100 (100 µm measuring chamber height and 20 µL volume) is the optimal sample carrier for your cell counting and viability measurements. The smaller sizes 50 and 20 (with 10 µL and 4 µL, respectively) can be used when smaller volumes are needed or as optimization for smaller cell types. However, please check your cell counting results carefully for linearity and correct results, as the smaller chamber heights may influence cell sizes, viscosity due to adherent properties and different cut-offs.
